Custom Furniture

We charge $150 per man hour for all of our millwork projects. Price can vary depending on scope, design, and materials needed for project. Inspiration photos, Pinterest boards, and measurements are helpful to have prepared prior to your initial visit.

Flooring & Installations

Pricing based on 1,000 square feet or more — Flooring installations and finishing range between $7-$12 per square foot. This does NOT include the flooring material. Adding stain, glue, & different types of finishes will affect the overall price.

Mantel Installations

Variable hourly rate — The location and wall material (brick, stone, or drywall) all factor into the installation cost. Call or email for more information on your custom installation pricing.

Wall Installations

Variable hourly rate — The square footage, location, and material all factor into the installation cost. Call or email for more information on your custom installation pricing.

Special Order Lumber
